This guided meditation below will help you orient into the daily practice. It is asked that you spend 8 minutes each morning, before all the hustle and bustle of your day begins to create a space of no distractions, away from electronics as much as possible and set the intention of wellness for yourself and the other participants of this study.
Please use the below videos at your discretion, meaning that you may begin with the first one and then navigate the rest as you feel lead to. I offer multiple guided short meditations for you to enjoy the variety. However, if you like a particular one, feel free to stick with it - for some people, predictability is comfort.
