Dr. Google, Pharmacy Amazon...it's the craze these days. I often get the question "what about product X", or "what are your thoughts on x product or supplementing with y…. There are not a whole lot of products I can endorse due to various reasons, issues around quality is one of the main problems, another being the obvious; as a professional in healthcare I have sound means of evaluations and a deep understanding for herbs and nutrition. I cannot take it lightly and okay supplements without some form of assessment.
