Find your “why”. Why are you attracted to this program? I can tell you, that from my prospective, I have a lot to offer you and you would want to do this because:
I have over 1 thousand hours of continued education credits in the field of stress reduction in 30 different systems or ways in approaching stress management, trauma recovery, mindfulness, meditation and wellness tools for transformation as well as naturopathic and neurobiological factors of healing.

OUTLINE
A body attuned with natural rhythms and systems of perpetuating balance is most ideal. Systematization = easeful living (flow).
All aspects are addressed at once:: there is always a mental exercise (journaling, deepening exercise or power play) and evokes the emotion (connecting the mind and body) and the physical action of implementations….
Weekly (for 5 weeks):
Commit to something you've had on your mind
Give up something that needs to go
Forgive something or someone
In essence, you are giving up one thing, replacing it with another and practicing forgiveness.
Often times, forgiveness and letting go, go hand-in-hand. Write about this and how it specifically applies to you then share it with the group so we can hold you accountable. A video explanation and ideas is available in the private Facebook Group.

8 Segments divided into 3 portions that reestablish, thus reinforce deeper with each trimester (17 weeks on each)
