As crazy as that may sound, as hard you may imagine it would be to thank something that is stealing your joy, life as it should be, and even your money, maybe even relationships… please listen. And yes, get angry! Don’t have any guilt for any emotion you may have! Feel it, honor it, and even write it down. Be in the moment with it. That is part of the healing process… be prepared for it to get worse. As you acknowledge your pain (emotional and physical) and anger, more may come up for you. Be okay with it! To grieve, you must process right? It doesn’t go away just by ignoring it, covering it up with distractions, or anything you’ve tried before correct? The answer, I will give you: Re-design your pain by re-arrangement. This will work, why I am so confident? Well It’s never failed. I have an extensive background as a Naturopath. This means there are different avenues to travel, as much as everyone is different and needs a unique plan… and that is my specialty! I am a case manager. You are my project. I take a small handful of clients at a time and meditate as much as I expect you to. I walk the walk. Eat and live the way I advise. To get personal, I have been down some tough roads, some that seemed impossible to maneuver any longer. It would have been easier to give up but I believe, if you are reading this right now, I advanced beyond the point I did to help you in your journey! Why I call it "The Pain Game"? As much as I'm not into playing games, I found this to be an interesting concept (the word "game"). For, in a game, you strategize, think in new ways, and have a goal in mind. When you are really into the game you feel the intensity of hope and faith; sometimes confidence in winning. You may even believe that if you maintain that confidence and vision for winning it will help propel that momentum! Now, apply this to your situation... let me show you how.
