Body burn-out is due to incredible dietary and lifestyle violations. Because there is no medication that will rebuild a body, there is no nutraceutical that can rebuild a body. The only thing that the body responds to is 1). putting it on a schedule and 2). Nutrition - real nutrition! This includes the basic building blocks, which include amino acids, essential fatty acids, the right type of whole foods as unprocessed as possible.
Reestablishing the parasympathetic nervous system that allows for healing is key. This is where a schedule comes into play. Regulating the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous system and getting enough rest and good sleep is how the body regenerates, cell by cell. If the body is in a sympathetic state most off the time, it is not able to regenerate properly.

If you go to the Chiropractor and do not hold adjustments it is because you are eating fake foods that diminish the integrity of the body. Or, you are simply malnourished. Through holistic Health programs, you will be evaluated thoroughly, and the aim is not to change symptoms but to truly improve your health. All that is needed from you is commitment. What does that look like?

Show up. Simply make our appointments, whether over the phone or otherwise. You don’t have to be at the top of your game, just be as present as possible. Set yourself up for success by eliminating or reducing distractions (as much as possible). Make a concerted effort to follow through with recommended guidelines. Communicate any changes in circumstances, symptoms or changes or challenges that arise.
