Do you crave comfort foods as temporary “fixes” such as coffee and sweets? Maybe it’s chips or other fillers. Whichever you grab for in these moments, foods devoid of vitality do not yield what you truly desire. Are you acutely aware of this? Have you ever considered that self-care is directly related to self-confidence? Where does your confidence stem from? Is it defined by your work, social scene or other ego-fed pseudo life-styles? This is an important area to check in with yourself occasionally. It is easy in today’s time to get pulled towards this direction. Additionally, some personalities tend to lean more naturally into this physical plain of existence. It takes all types to bring us into balance with ourselves and each other. Please accept this insight as a friendly reminder and be gracious with yourself. Ask your inner wisdom, “what changes could be made to benefit my higher self and greater good?”. Chances are, you already have known the answer for a while now. It’s been knocking at your door. It may be inconvenient. Making change isn’t always easy, however when you do the right thing, you know it’s worth it in the end and you’re always vibrating at a higher rate. Simply sitting with your energy around these questions begins the healing process. Healing of the soul; honoring your whole self – mind, body and soul. Seek to bring balance to your life in all areas. This alone is cleansing!
So next time you grab for that bottle of wine or a beer, think of what better serves and nourishes your intuition – not just your physical body! Next time you need a snack, think of what your cells really need. How about when you are feeling sluggish, even after a good night’s rest? What feeds your creative side, motivates and inspires you? Stay tuned for more aspects of healing, balance and cleansing!

Whenever I feel the tension weighing on my shoulder, I tend to eat a lot. Comfort-eating is what I do best to cope up with stress and depression. But I know that this habit is not healthy because I see the consequences of eating too much sweet and salty foods. Before I used to finish a 5-kilometer run in 20 minutes, but now I cannot do it anymore. That's why I need to change this lifestyle to live a healthier and balance life. I guess I should start with detoxification and cleansing all the unnecessary fats in my body.

Yes, agreed - to detox can help. When you rid the body of physical burden it is easier to have clarity of mind. I always have to caution on self-help, as any program should not be taken lightly and it is always beneficial to remember the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and honor the body's healing order (from below up). The only product I feel can help with any condition and helps the body to detox is found here: http://www.connection2health.com/my-secret.html 4/28/2021 05:03:37 am
